A study certificate is a certificate of student status from your educational institution or a screenshot from Wilma.

The certificate must contain:

• Your name (first and last name)
• Your school’s name
• A date from August 2025 or later

Certificates are not accepted:

• Acceptance letter / email
• a Wilma screenshot that lacks any of the above requirements

A certificate that does not meet the criteria is the most common reason for a delay in the delivery of a card.
