Political Affairs Committee
If you are interested in influencing the public debate, writing opinion pieces and collaborating with our political expert on the FSS political program, then this is the committee for you. In the Political Committee, we work to defend the rights of schoolchildren and take a stand on current issues. Register your interest!
If you are interested in the FSS committees, please register using the form below! We will send you further information by email after you have submitted your expression of interest.
We look forward to seeing you in the committee work!
You can choose to participate in one or more committees. Work usually starts in August 2024 and lasts until the end of the financial year in June 2025.
The committees meet according to the schedule set by the members themselves, usually once a month or every two months. You choose how much and how often you want to participate in committee work.
Committee meetings are usually held online (on Google Meet), but sometimes they can also be held on site depending on the location of the members. The FSS will of course cover all travel and accommodation costs.
Want to know more, or have questions? Contact one of us – contact details can be found here.
You can also stand as a board member during our annual meeting. Serving on the board requires a little more work than serving on the committees, but is very rewarding and perfect for those who want to become more active in the FSS.
All FSS activities are non-discriminatory in accordance with the Federation’s equality plan. FSS events strive to be safe spaces. In short, safe spaces mean that everyone has the right to be themselves just as they are without being bullied, discriminated against or harassed.
